Sales Account Executive

Core Responsibilities:

Account Executives are responsible for driving revenue growth for our Mount Laurel Freight Brokerage through targeted sales efforts and introductions made by the Account Development Representative (ADR) team.

Day in a Life for an Account Executive:

• Utilizing our various prospecting tools to generate leads 

• Maintaining a healthy pipeline to meet sales targets 

• Identifying the full potential of targeted accounts and helping them reach that potential 

• Engaging leads through effective telephone, email, and in-person communication

• Representing RLS at various tradeshows and conferences

Compensation

Base salary of $45,000-$75,000 DOE, plus uncapped commission. Total potential compensation of up to $55,000 - $125,000+ based on tenure and achievements.

• This position reports to the Business Development Manager, Freight Brokerage, and has 0 direct reports.
